These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quill app ("Service") on your Shopify store. By installing or using Quill you agree to these Terms. Quill is operated by Press Analytica ("Quill", "we", "us", "our").
Quill is a Shopify app that automatically generates and publishes SEO-optimized blog articles on your Shopify storefront. It uses large language models (Anthropic Claude and others), Google Search Console data, and your product catalog to produce content scheduled at a cadence you control.
To use Quill you must (a) operate a valid Shopify store, (b) be at least 18 years old or operate the store on behalf of a legal entity, (c) comply with Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy, and (d) comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Articles produced by Quill are generated by large language models and may contain inaccuracies, dated information, or unintended bias. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publication, particularly when it includes:
You retain all ownership of articles generated for your store. Once generated, the content is yours to edit, publish, unpublish, or delete at any time.
You agree not to use Quill to:
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this section without prior notice.
Pricing tiers are displayed in the Quill app and on our Shopify App Store listing. All billing is processed through Shopify's Billing API; we do not collect payment details directly.
Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time from the Shopify Admin or by uninstalling the Quill app; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and there are no refunds for partial periods.
Pricing changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via in-app notification and email.
Quill is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or incident response.
The Service depends on third-party providers (Shopify, Anthropic, Google, Supabase, Tavily, Resend). Outages or changes at these providers may affect Quill's functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quill's aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees over the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold Quill and Press Analytica harmless from any claims arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) content you publish that was generated through the Service.
You may terminate by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. We may terminate or suspend your access for material violations of these Terms with at least 14 days notice (or immediately for violations of Section 4).
Upon termination, we stop processing your data immediately. See our Privacy Policy for data retention details.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification and email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
